JOIN ConnectionType?

Paul: Only 3 connection types are supported: DBF, CSV and MySQL. I don't
think it would necessarily be difficult to add others (the API is very
simple) but
I've not had time. The only one I've used on a regular basis is CSV for
lookup
tables.
