Were we doing a mapserver meeting this month?

Unfortunetly I will be in Bismarck this day.  If you want me to give an
update on the OpenMNND project it will have to hold off until Nov. or
Dec.  Otherwise between David B. and Bob, they can probably give an
update.  It's up to them.

For this one how about an agenda like:

  1) GIS/LIS Meeting Recap (20 min discussion)

  2) Moose is Loose (20-30 min "announcement" of the City of St. Paul
Open Source move)

  3) OpenMNND Update (20-30 on where that project is and how folks can
get involved)

  4) Q/A MapServer and related technology questions answered

  5) Next meeting planning

Just a thought.

For 2) I was thinking about letting folks know where to get it, what
they get as part of a download, location and extent of documentation,
location and extent of demo applications, how to get started with
their
own data. Not interested so much in functionality nor how it is used
at
the City.
