We should meet at Sea Salt regardless then and move on if necessary. There are

In Sea Salt proper, there is not much seating, but there is also the big
room in the attached pavilion that we could go to, so we could definitely
stay dry. If it's raining, Busters on 28th might be a nearby better bet,
but might cause problems if someone didn't check their email today. I'm
likely to not be able to get there until 4:30 or so wherever we go.
