Wanted to pass this on in case some of you are not on the GIS/LIS Consortium email list...

GIS/LIS Networking Event at Summit Brewery

Please join us for the next GIS/LIS Networking Event on Thursday, December 12th, that will be held at Summit Brewery.  An event highlight will be a presentation from Claire Porter of the University of Minnesota's Polar Geospatial Center.  There is a $10 entrance fee and all proceeds will go to the Consortium's student scholarship fund.  #MnGISLISNetworking

  DNR Central Office - 1st Floor Conference Room & Gallery
  500 Lafayette Road
  St. Paul, MN 55155
When:  Wednesday, October 30th from  4:30pm to 6:00pm

Parking: At that time of day you should be able to park right in front of the building. Here's a map: http://goo.gl/maps/5FqJ. Our front entrance locks at 5pm so be prompt! However, we can see the front entrance from the meeting area for stragglers so don't despair! If you can't make it to the DNR hopefully you can catch up at the Bulldog.

4.       Adjourn to the Bulldog Lowertown (near Mears Park)
