[TCMUG] Looking for GIS-related odd jobs...

Hi TCMUG folks,

It's been a while since I've been to any of the gatherings, so I'm out of
the loop on GIS stuff going on around town.

I've actually been working on a credential to teach middle/high school
science, thinking it would be great to get into a classroom and share my
enthusiasm for GIS with students. But that's on hold at the moment, as
last December we had another baby and I've been staying home with her.

The reason I'm writing is we've had some emergency repairs done on our
house recently and I'm trying to find some odd jobs that I can do from home
to help bring in some extra income. I can do just about anything GIS
related: cartography, spatial analysis, scripting, web mapping/programming,
design, etc.

Does anyone know of any groups who might need a bit of work done? I can do
one-off projects for local non-profits at a low rate, or? Any
suggestions? I'm available 4-6 hours per day until mid-January when I'll
resume student teaching.

If you'd like to see some of my work:

Thanks,
Jennifer
