I am definitely interested in helping to make this happen.

Subject: [TCMUG] Possibly hosting a code sprint...
Hi all: I checked with Thomas Bonfort after our last meet-up and just heard back that a 2016 OSGeo Code Sprint in Europe isn’t going to happen. So, there’s a potentially a void to be filled if there’s interest to do so. I’m not sure what the process is to even propose hosting but given the lack of any discussion on the topic, I suspect that merely offering on the sprint mailing list would be enough. I’m thinking a 3-day sprint (last day would be shorter due to travel) would be perfect. Anyone interested in meeting to discuss?
Steve
