[TCMUG] Possibly hosting a code sprint...

Usually late February or March.

OSGeo has provided seed/organizing funding for these kinds of events in the past, and it should be possible to get it again if MN were to host. This specific event has been self-sustaining with sponsor funds since its inception, and organizers should expect it to be revenue neutral without much effort.

So, there’s a potentially a void to be filled if there’s interest to do so. I’m not sure what the process is to even propose hosting but given the lack of any discussion on the topic, I suspect that merely offering on the sprint mailing list would be enough. I’m thinking a 3-day sprint (last day would be shorter due to travel) would be perfect. Anyone interested in meeting to discuss?
