[Tilecache] avoid duplicate labels

Hi list,

is there a way to avoid duplicate labels using TileCache and Mapserver? When
zooming in very far to a municipality I get the same label too many times
(i.e. the municipality spans multiple tiles and all have labels, sometimes
they come very close together).
