[Tilecache] tilecache_seed.py and "an error occured when
fetching"

I periodically get a HTTP 500 (and I'm paraphrasing here as I don't remember
the specific message) "no image data returned" error message. This kept
killing my seeding process until I added another catch into Client.py. Funny
thing is that the url that errors out produces a perfectly valid tile when
hit independently of the seed script. For my issue I think it's probably the
server I'm pulling from as it never seems to be a real problem (and the
missed tile just gets cached when viewed next anyway).
