[Tilecache] Problem while seeding the cache

Greetings!

I'm building the cache with the client.py, as says in the readme file. But the bbox just go wrong.

in tilecache.cfg:
[en]
type=WMSLayer
url=http://192.168.0.12/cgi-bin/mapserv?map=/map/maps/en.map&
bbox=-180,-90,180,90
maxResolution=.00068359375
layers=China_HongKong_Road
extension=png
metaTile=yes

then I issued:
c:\python25\python client.py "http://192.168.0.12/cgi-bin/tilecache/tilecache.cgi?" en 0 12 "113,22,115,23"
to seed a small area of the map.

However, it came out:

the first part (zoom level 0) is quite normal, but starts from the zoom level 1, it goes completely out of the area.

What is the problem here?
