[Tilecache] openlayers overview map...

I have TC working from it's self contained web server connecting to a WMS
server with OL 2.3 (and I have tried the Animated zooming branch).  Things
work as expected, but the overview map remains pink.  I'm not seeing any
errors, just pinkness.

Any clues where I could look to track this one down?
