[Tilecache] Documentation?

Hi, all.
My OpenLayers and TileCache app has quit working, and I've been told to 
check the settings, e.g. resolutions and maxExtent. From the TileCache 
website, though, I'm not able to see any links to the documentation. Is 
the README file all that exists, or is there a more verbose 
documentation I'm overlooking?
