[Tilecache] Python Rounding

Since Tim's work on the Spherical Mercator stuff, I've just been using 
that - there's some descriptions in recent posts about configuring it 
nicely w/tilecache.
Also, since I wrote that email a while ago, TileCache has had a variety 
of updates, including some that make for much friendlier error messages.

Can you send some details on what your setup is (eg openlayers map and 
baselayer config, and tilecache config and error messages) so we have a 
better idea how to help?
