[Tilecache] Missing Example.py in tilecache-1.9.tar.gz

Hi,

I've downloaded http://www.tilecache.org/tilecache-1.9.tar.gz and Example.py is
not present in the archive: mkdist.sh don't copy the file.

Can you please apply the attached patch to correct the problem ?
