[Tilecache] getting started

Hello list,

I am trying to get tilecache up and running on a windows2003 server standard
edition.  I have installed Python2.4 & tilecache1.9-rc5.  I have gotten the
basic.html running, but can't seem to get the tile for specific jpeg.  When
I use address
http://localhost/tilecache/tilecache.cgi/1.0.0/jupiter/0/0/0.jpeg, I get the
following error:

An error occurred: The requested layer (tilecache.cgi) does not exist.
Available layers are:
*jupiter_ortho
*jupiter


I would appreciate any help that anyone can provide.
