[Tilecache] Transparent-Layer

Hi guys,

Im new in Tilcache... and I matched a problem with Layer transparency...
I use mapserver like wms server...

I try to use tilecache for a street layer but if I declare the layer
like MapServerLayer or WMSLayer I obtain the layer not in tranparency manner

I try to put TRANSPARENCY ON in my map file but with is the same...

Someone can help me or found a similar problem?
