[Tilecache] pink tiles at 17th zoom level 1:1690 scale

Siba,
Make sure your maxextent / resolutions match exactly in both tilecache and
openlayers.  for example, if you are using resolutions in your
tilecache.cfg, perhaps they only go 16 levels?

If this is not the trouble, respond with your tilecache.cfg, and the
pertinent pink-tile info from this page
