[Tilecache] Installing tilecache under mod_python apache, windows (service error)

I run into the same problem today - after updating to TC 2.03 it refuses
to find the module Caches. Switching back to 1.9 without changing any
apache config works perfect, all with Apache/2.2.8 mod_python/3.3.1
Python/2.5.2
