[Tilecache] Seed Script on Windows Stalls

Chris --

All my layers use type=WMSLayer with bbox parameters in the seed script for
specific areas. My tilecache.cfg has about 7 layers defined. Here is an
example layer configuration of one of the layers.

url=http://hostname/wmsconnector/com.esri.wms.Esrimap
extension=png
layers=0

What type of Layer are you using?
