[Tilecache] Current x value ...... is too far from tile corner .......

Hi, I have configured tilecache (i think), I make a request to a one of my
layers, like:

http://192.168.183.128/tilecache/tilecache.cgi?LAYERS=Ortofoto&FORMAT=image%2Fpng&TRANSPARENT=true&SERVICE=WMS&VERSION=1.1.1&REQUEST=GetMap&STYLES=&EXCEPTIONS=application%2Fvnd.ogc.se_inimage&SRS=EPSG%3A4326&BBOX=447771.640919811,4530747.8,448508.759080189,4531073.7&WIDTH=256&HEIGHT=256

and I see a tile, but in tilecache I still see "pink tiles".

I'm trying to copy the request of a "pink tile":

http://192.168.183.128/tilecache/tilecache.cgi?LAYERS=Ortofoto&FORMAT=image%2Fpng&SERVICE=WMS&VERSION=1.1.1&REQUEST=GetMap&STYLES=&EXCEPTIONS=application%2Fvnd.ogc.se_inimage&SRS=EPSG%3A4326&BBOX=-123.238,39.133549999999985,-121.81895,40.552599999999984&WIDTH=256&HEIGHT=256

and I get 

An error occurred: Current x value -123.238000 is too far from tile corner x
-122.625192

Is it a problem with tilecache configuration? openlayers?
