[Tilecache] mime_type and WMS Layers

Hello,

I tried to set a custom mime_type to a WMS layer:

[bezirke]
type=WMSLayer
url=...
srs=EPSG:21781
bbox=420000,30000,900000,350000
resolutions=650,500,250,100,50,20,10,5,2.5,2,0.5
extension=png
mime_type=image/png32
debug=off

But the format send to my WMS is "image/png" not "image/png32".

The attached patch fix the problem for the WMS and MapServer Layers.
