[Tilecache] Duplicate WMS request sent to underlying WMS server

Hi, 
you are right. I'm using some older version of TileCache (its disk cache).
But the latest release available for download is from Jan 2009 (according to
NEWS.txt). The fix you mention seems to be done later - at May 2009. 
Is the fix realy contained in the last published 2.10 version or shoud I
download something newer from SVN?
