Hello,

I noticed that the Microsoft KB article linked to from the readme and on the pypi TileCache page that describes how to pass PATH_INFO through to a CGI script is no more.

I couldn't find a replacement KB article, looks like the MS knowledge base is suffering memory loss.

I'm pretty sure this page describes how to do the step that is missing:
