[Tilecache] python ./setup.py test failed - tilecache 2.10

It looks to me that the doctests were not updated or tested with the
new releases. I think you'll have to go around by skipping the
"setup.py test" ... No specific advise though, as I don't have
experience with building debian packages of python projects.
