[Tilecache] Patch: adds support for TMS structure to 'Disk' cache

Hi,

I think the best solution would be to let all the cache type choose
the cache structure.
For example, one could need a AWSS3 cache with a disk structure or a
Disk cache with a reverse tms structure.
It should be a config option.

We do you think ?
