[Tilecache] local VMAP0

hi All,

We'd like to deploy a local version of VMAP0 on our local server.  At
first, I thought I could use my local TileCache and seed it with all of
the labs.metacarta VMAP0.  Is that feasible ?  Else I need to download
the original data and have MapServer serve it.  What's the simplest
approach ?
