Hi Christoph,

Your tilecache config has incompatible bounds (bbox) and resolutions. One
easy trick is see if your resolutions are evenly divisible into your extent.
Obviously set your openlayers extent (or resolutions, whichever you change)
to match your tilecache changes.

Or if you don't want to fiddle with calculating compatible bbox/resolutions,
and you don't care about a 'custom' maxExtent on your map or in tilecache,
then just use the whole globe (as defined by spherical mercator, anyway).
For this, the easiest way is probably just set spherical_mercator=true in
your tilecache config, which obviates the need for manually entering bbox or
resolutions parameters (and then you maybe set OpenLayers with the default
-20037508.34 style maxExtents, and maxResolution:auto)
