[Tilecache] Problem with using Tilecache on top of WMS

Thanks, that did indeed seem to be the problem.  I guess I thought that 
since the SRS=EPSG%3A3408 was in the URL, that it would supplant it in 
the TileCache.

I appreciate the help!
