[Tilecache] Tilecache error [crit] Parent: child process exited with status 3 -- Aborting

I have few question about Tilecache log information.
1. what this error message means?

Cache hit: 134356.16,44235

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual
way.

At this moment( " [Wed Nov 24 20:47:38 2010]") the apache server stop. Can
anyone explain what happened?

2. what does "cache hit" exactly means?


3. Should I turn off debug mode on tilecache(mod_python)? I have a long long
error log.

I have try to seach some information about this error on internet. I could
not find any valueable information.

If you know any thing about this error, please, dont hesitate to share with
me.
