[Tilecache] Help with Tilecache on IIS and windows XP

the only lines that are uncoment of TileCache.config are:

[cache]
type=Disk
base=C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\tilecache\Cache

[basic]
type=WMS
url=http://labs.metacarta.com/wms/vmap0
layers=vmap0
extension=png

any idea?
