[Tilecache] Tilecache Config Question

Hi list,

I am attempting to set up tilecache to interface with the NAIP seamless WMS
server. When I make requests via QGIS, the URL looks like this:

http://isse.cr.usgs.gov/ArcGIS/services/Combined/USGS_EDC_Ortho_NAIP/MapServer/WMSServer?request=GetMap&format=image/jpeg&service=WMS&version=1.1.0&layers=0&STYLES=default&bbox=-92.5046672,43.7826455,-92.5029632,43.7838550&srs=EPSG::4326&width=500&height=499

However, I can't get the tilecache system to make the correct requests. How
do I get tilecache to use EPSG:4326 WMS request bbox's?
