[Tilecache] How to calculate the bbox of a tile containing a giving point at given zoom?

Hi everyone,

    I'm looking for a general formula that i could apply to calculate the
bbox of a tile containing a giving point coordinate at given zoom or
resolution in order to seed my cache locally without having to generate the
tiles for all the extent of the map?
