[Tilecache] error in tiles seeding

Hi All, 


I get an error in tilecache when i am going to seeding tiles errors are 

tilecache_seed.py test 0 1 

1) line 9 in Tilecache.Client.main() 
2) at client.py line 153, in main 
     layer= svc.layers[args[0]] 
keyError: 'test' 

and cfg file is :- 

[cache] 
type=Disk 
base=E:/download/tiles/ 

[test] 
type=ImageLayer 
file=/tmp/imagelayer/PNG_Image.png 
bbox=74.779991,34.080010,74.800001,34.099998
