It all makes sense now - I was wondering how OpenLayers (from the user's
browser) would be able to communicate with TileCache (on the server) to
request large tiles instead of small ones!  But as you say, if you use the
seeder utility, that then makes perfect sense - since it is on the same
machine and has direct access to the config file with the metaTile info.  I
will take your advice and turn it off for production use.
