[Tilecache] Send map file as parameter tilecache.

Hi List,
          I am using tilecache-2.10. My basic requirement is i want to pass
map file as parameter.
          In client.py self.base holds the url that we define in
tilcache.cfg. I am using wms layer.
          so i want wms service.
          *Is there any way to pass map file as parameter to tilecache
through openlayer?*
