[Tilecache] tilecache and mapserver -getting started

Hello,

I was trying to get tilecache to work with my mapserver.  But I was having
some trouble.  I have a few questions:

1.	Is there a tutorial for tilecache and mapserver, or does someone have
any notes out there?  The few articles I did find were not necessarily
helpful.
2.	How do we calculate the resolutions for tilecache, and the clients?
3.	I would eventually like to use a custom EPSG.  How can I do that?
4.	Does the tilecache WMS server work for clients like ArcGIS that can
request any resolution, or does it require a client like OpenLayers that only
uses predefined extents?
