[Tilecache] tilecache only generating tile in lower left corner - An error occurred: Current x value 483991.068836 is too far from tile corner x 400000.000000

Hi

Maybe your EPSG reference number or bbox is not valid ( I can't find it in
spatialreference.org). When I set up my tilecache for use EPSG:23700 with
invalid bounding box I got exactly the same error!
