[Tilecache] how to add custom parameters

Dear all,

I am using tilecache 2.11 and apache 2.2. tilecache is under the cgi-bin of
apache

is there a way to use custom parameters in tilecache.cfg like this one?

type=WMS
extension=png
url=http://localhost:8282/WebGISServer/servlet/WebServer
project=WEBGIS_PROJECT
bbox=533304.068073089,4393629.63640866,563017.524238492,4408085.75972929
srs=EPSG:4230

project is custom parameter needed in our wms server and is required to use
while taking getcapabilities.

And also bbox and srs values in tilecache.cfg are not included. Default
values of those variables are used.

Could you please help to add custom, bbox and srs parameters in the url?
