[Tilecache] Tilecache Digest, Vol 70, Issue 2

Have you checked the number of available inodes? In my personal blog I have
a post about this potential issue: "TileCache and the Ext3, JFS and XFS
file systems<http://ariasprado.name/2010/12/24/tilecache-and-the-ext3-jfs-and-xfs-file-systems.html>"
Should this be the issue, consider using a filesystem like JFS.
