Yes, it is the unique company that offers direct flights from NYC to 
Quebec City. Air Canada also have flights from NYC but there is one stop 
at Montreal airport.

Decision about the organisation (or not) of a possible "FOSS4G-NA" event 
in Quebec City just one day after the code sprint in NYC should be 
announced at the end of the next week. So, stay tuned! ;-)
