[TOSprint] Shark

Howard asked me to write up some directions on profiling with the
Shark for those coming equipped with recent OS/X systems.

It's really dead easy, almost not worth writing up, but if you were
intimidated by the idea of learning the Shark, please read the article
so you can see how little there is to learn!

I'll have the TOPP profiling set from 2008 running on my machine, so
we can look at the profiles generated by those loads.
