[TOSprint] OL/Mobile code sprint

Hello,

For your information, several governement agencies from Switzerland
are interesed to host a code sprint on OL/Mobile in Switzerland. It
might be the same week as the Montreal code sprint.

I talked to Daniel about that and the idea would be to form team on
each side of the Atlantic.

I will keep the list informed about that.
