[TOSprint] Summary of MapServer discussions

Hi sprinters,

I would like to present what's coming down the pipe in MapServer, and I 
am thinking that the initial MapServer whiteboard meeting during the 
code sprint is the best source - is there a summary of these discussions 
somewhere, like on the sprint wiki somewhere, like we did for last year? 
  (I checked but I don't see it)
