[TOSprint] Boston Code Sprint 2013 signup

We have a page setup for the upcoming Code Sprint:

At this time, we are trying to get a feel of how many people we should
expect to accommodate to pick out the best locations and preferred times.

and in Timing section -- suggested times if you have any.
 
We were thinking mid - late March, early April might be the best times to
avoid snow storms.
