[TOSprint] C Tribe Code Sprint for 2013 Propose Boston, MA

Before anyone beats us to it this time.  We'd like to have the next Code
Sprint in Boston, MA, USA.  We think we can rent out the conference rooms in
the Health club of our building (located in Financial Downtown District) for
the period and it does have wireless.  If not there are many other options
around this area.  Lots of great cultural dining options just a short foot
walk away too.
 
I think there are also a lot of OSGEO C Dev folk in the MA area so would
probably be easy for them to commute to Downtown Boston on  train.
