Yes, thanks Michael for your hard work! Even although I did not
participate this seems to have been a great event.

You might want to consider making some follow up advertising - any of
the folks who participated. It will raise your profile, make the
effort more visible, help to ensure that next year works out nice and
promote the involved projects. I am happy to help publish it on the
OSGeo website News section. If any of this has already happened in a
blog that I am unaware of please feel free to send a URL and short
blurb to publish on the news section.
