[TOSprint] Boston Code Sprint dates final: 3/25 - 3/28 2013

It seems that no one has put down that they can't make the dates we proposed
and those are the only dates that Jeff wants to come :)

So blame it on Jeff if you aren't happy with the dates.

Dates are official: 3/25-3/28

We've got our conferencing reservation time booked and will next start
looking at hotel accommodations.

We are looking for more sponsors and will start collecting funds in the next
couple of weeks.  So far we have 5 sponsor pledges including one Gold
Sponsor.
