[TOSprint] Proposed Vienna Code Sprint 2014

Hi all,

as promised at the Boston Code Sprint I've investigated the
possibilities to host the 2014 Code Sprint in Vienna and I'm happy to
make the proposal available at [1].

The City of Vienna, MA 14 [2] confirmed to sponsor the venue for up to
30 sprinters in their very new office called STAR 22 [3]. The venue is
not far from the center of Vienna (~25min via train and subway) and can
be reached easily from the Vienna airport via train.

I don't know the processes for selection but I suggest if you like the
proposal to add yourself to the list of possible participants indicating
your preferred dates to determine the best date and get an estimate of
participation. Opinions?
