[TOSprint] Proposed Vienna Code Sprint 2014

[ disclaimer: I wasn't at Boston this year, so I may not have the full
story - forgive me if this ground was already covered... ]

While I fully support the idea of a Vienna sprint, I'm not sure that it
would draw many from North America. There are more than enough potential
sprinters on both continents that I'd like to a see *both* a Euro Sprint
and a NorthAmer Sprint.

If David wants to run an event in Philadelphia, then great. If that
doesn't come through, though, I'd be up to hosting an event at IslandWood
again.
