[TOSprint] Code Sprint 2014

To me, the doodle results show that having a code sprint in Europe may
allow more community members to attend.

Then for 2015 it's in Philly.

Seems like a very acceptable plan to me.

Another option, is to come to a decision between past code sprint hosts
only (Paul, Tom, Mike, Daniel, Leo)...they've shed blood for hosting
these sprints and deserve a say in the decision.
